Welcome to a sanctuary of silence. This space was created for those who are overstimulated, overextended, and in need of deep, gentle restoration. There will be no talking, no music—just breath, scent, presence, and stillness.
How it Flows
- Arrive quietly. Phones off or on Do Not Disturb.- You'll receive a journal prompt or affirmation card upon entry.
- Find your seat, barefoot if you wish. Weighted blankets or eye masks optional.
- The space -- dimly lit with soft scent in the air.
- No instruction will be given. You will be held in presence.
- You may journal or simply sit. You may breathe deeply or rest.
- The offering will close in silence. A small take-home token may be given as a reminder.
What to Bring
- Your journal (or use one we provide)- Comfortable clothing- An open heart

- No talking at any point during the experience
- Respect for others' personal space
- A willingness to be present with yourself
