Many of us are living lives shaped by beliefs we absorbed early — about who we needed to be, what felt safe to want, and how the world works. Over time, those beliefs quietly guide our decisions, even when they no longer fit.
At The Green Coterie, we begin with rest because a dysregulated body can’t hear the truth. When the nervous system settles, clarity returns. From there, we explore what’s actually true now — so you can move forward with intention, alignment, and choice.
This is a space to exhale, remember yourself, and create from who you are today. Rest is where the remembering begins.

Sound Healing
A gentle way to slow your body down.
Through soothing frequencies and guided rest, sound healing helps your nervous system settle so your mind can quiet and your body can exhale.
Life Coaching
Healing-centered coaching grounded in the 4R Healing System. Together, we explore the beliefs and patterns formed early on that may still be shaping your choices—so you can release what no longer fits, rewrite your story, and move forward from truth instead of survival.
Creative Workshops
Hands-on, heart-led experiences that invite play, reflection, and joy. Art, journaling, tea blending, and inner-child experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself and remember what feels good again.
Community Events
Restorative gatherings that remind you that you don’t have to do life alone. Retreat-style experiences, sisterhood circles, and monthly signature events created to help you feel grounded, supported, and inspired.
The Reset Room
A private, restorative space designed to help your body feel safe enough to rest. With grounding elements, supportive technology, and intentional stillness, the Reset Room offers a place to fully let go—so your nervous system can reset and your inner voice can surface.

About Trena:
Trena is the heart behind The Green Coterie — a guide, coach, and healing facilitator who helps people slow down, breathe again, and return to themselves. After walking through her own journey of release and renewal, she created a space where others could rest without judgment and reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to silence. Her approach blends sound healing, intuitive coaching, restful retreats and creative wellness experiences, grounded in training in holistic healing and trauma-informed practices.
